Return & Refund Policy
At Xtralitty, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within the permitted period under the conditions outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days
You may return your order within 30 days from the day you, or a designated third party (excluding the carrier), physically receive the product.
To exercise this right, please send us an email stating that you wish to return your order. Once received, we will confirm your request and provide the correct return address.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:

The item must be in its original condition, including all labels and tags.

The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or use.

Hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once the seal or protective packaging has been opened.
If these conditions are not met, Xtralitty reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are made at the sender’s own risk; we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Lost return shipments without valid tracking proof cannot be refunded.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

For full returns: you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount.

For partial returns: only the returned item(s) will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. How to Return an Item

You will receive the correct return address and instructions.

Ship your package using a traceable shipping method and keep the proof of shipment.
6. Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product if the original item:

Is unused

Is in perfect condition

Includes all original labels and packaging
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you may still return it within the 30-day withdrawal period following the standard return conditions.
8. Wrong or Faulty Item Received
If you receive the wrong item or a different size than ordered, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Please contact us immediately and include your order number and a photo of the item received.
